1. Introduction

FixWing (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the FixWing mobile application (“App”).

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account Data: Name, phone number, email address
• Profile Information: Service category, experience, availability (for providers)
• Communications: Support emails or in-app messages

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Identifiers: Firebase Installation ID
• Usage Data: Device model, OS version, crash logs, performance data

3. Location Data (Foreground Only)

FixWing collects approximate or precise location data to:

• Connect users with nearby service providers
• Allow providers to navigate to the user’s location

Location data is collected only with explicit user consent and only while the app is in use (foreground). We do not collect background location data. You can disable location access anytime via device settings or by deleting your account.

4. Payments

FixWing does NOT process payments inside the app. All transactions occur outside the App (cash, bKash, or direct transfer). We do not collect or store any financial or banking information.

5. Firebase & Data Processing

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics) to:

• Authenticate users securely
• Store service requests
• Monitor app performance and crashes

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols.

6. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In-App: Settings → Delete Account

Data will be removed within 7 business days, except where legal retention is required.

7. Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data and retain it only while your account remains active or as necessary to provide services.

8. Children’s Privacy

FixWing is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted third-party services such as Firebase solely for app functionality, analytics, and crash reporting.

2. Nature of Service (Marketplace Only)

FixWing is a marketplace platform connecting users with independent service providers. We do not provide services directly.

3. User Responsibilities & Safety

Users must provide accurate information. FixWing does not conduct exhaustive background checks and encourages users to verify providers independently.

4. Payments & Fees

No payments are processed inside the App. Pricing and payment agreements are handled directly between users and providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

FixWing is not liable for injuries, damages, service quality, or disputes between users and providers to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
